Usage & Dosage

Shake the container before use. Mix 1 scoop with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Take 1 to 3 scoops daily. Never exceed 3 scoops within a 24-hour period. Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop.
