Usage & Dosage

To assess your tolerance, follow the schedule below. Once tolerance is established, take one dose (2 capsules) with breakfast and one dose (2 capsules) with lunch. For best results, use for 60 days alongside diet and exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

Day 1 & 2: 1 capsule, 1× daily.
Day 3 & 4: 1 capsule, 2× daily.
Day 5 onward: 2 capsules, 2× daily.

Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24-hour period.

Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda or other supplements or medications. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Do not use this product continuously for more than 8 weeks. Do not use if you have heart, sleep or anxiety problems. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
