Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Beta-Alanine (as CarnoSyn®), Creatine Monohydrate, L-Citrulline, L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Olive Leaf Extract.

Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Beet Root Powder (Color).

Usage & Dosage

Shake container before use. Mix 1 dose with 5–8 oz (150–250 mL) of cold water and consume before exercise. Take 1 to 3 doses 20 to 30 minutes before training. Start with 1 dose to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops per 24-hour period. Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime due to caffeine content.

Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop. This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults aged 18 or over only. Not suitable for people with pre-existing health conditions or taking medication, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine or beta-alanine.
