Usage & Dosage

Shake the container before use. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) of cold water and consume before training. Take 1 to 3 times daily. New to pre-workouts? Start with a single scoop to assess your tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops within a 24-hour period. Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
