Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 6–8 oz (180–250 mL) of cold water. Take 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, take 30–60 minutes before a meal, with the first serving before breakfast and the second serving later in the day. Use together with a calorie-reduced diet and training programme. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed.

Contains 200 mg caffeine per serving. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
