Extreme Muscle Fuel Blend 2051 mg: beta-alanine, guarana seed extract (47% caffeine), raspberry ketones, caffeine anhydrous (200 mg total caffeine per serving). Ripper Shred Matrix 1106 mg: taurine, acetyl L-carnitine HCl, green coffee extract, green tea leaf extract, cinnamon bark extract, olive leaf extract (40% oleuropein). Usage & Dosage
