Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE Nightmare with 6–8 oz water. Consume 15–30 minutes before training or competition. Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products containing caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE Nightmare. Do not exceed one serving within a 24-hour period.
