ProSupps Hyde Nightmare is an intense pre-workout powder developed for athletes and serious gymgoers who demand more from every workout. The Lightning Lemon flavour gives 30 servings per container, where each scoop contains 4,000 mg L-Citrulline, 2,500 mg Beta-Alanine and a tri-source caffeine blend totalling 300 mg per serving.
The core of the formula is a dose of 4,000 mg L-Citrulline combined with 2,500 mg Beta-Alanine. A tri-source caffeine blend — from Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Green Coffee Bean Extract — provides 300 mg total caffeine per serving.
Hyde Nightmare also contains Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, Alpha-GPC, L-Theanine and Himalayan Rock Salt, which round out the pre-workout formula.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 6–8 oz cold water. Consume 15–30 minutes before intense training or competition. Test tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take other products containing caffeine or stimulants while using HYDE Nightmare.
