Ingredients

L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl, Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC) (50%), L-Theanine, natural caffeine (from Camellia sinensis extract), caffeine anhydrous, natural caffeine (from Coffee arabica extract), Himalayan Rock Salt (providing electrolytes, trace minerals and elements).

Other ingredients: Malic acid, citric acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, fruit and vegetable juice (colour), sodium chloride.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop of Mr. HYDE Nightmare with 6–8 oz water. Consume 15–30 minutes before training or competition. Test your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take other products containing caffeine or stimulants while taking Mr. HYDE Nightmare.
