Redcon1 Total War is a pre-workout powder formulated for healthy adult men. Each serving contains a precisely dosed blend of Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine and a multi-source caffeine complex, providing a total of 320 mg active caffeine per scoop.

The formula contains BioPerine® black pepper extract, green tea leaf extract, Theobroma Cocoa seed extract and Naringin. The Grape flavour mixes easily with water for a convenient pre-workout drink.

With 30 servings per container and a flexible half-scoop tolerance assessment protocol, Total War should be used as directed and is intended exclusively for healthy adult men aged 18 and over.

Citrulline Malate (2:1 ratio of L-Citrulline and Malic Acid) 6g, Beta-Alanine 3,2g, Taurine 1g, Caffeine Anhydrous 250mg, Juniper ( Juniperus communis ) (Berry) Extract 150mg, Di-Caffeine Malate 100mg, Green Tea (Leaf) Extract (providing 90% polyphenols) 45mg, Theobroma Cocoa (Seed) Extract (providing 98% theobromine) 50mg, Naringin ( Citrus grandis ) (Fruit) (providing 98% naringin) 25mg, BioPerine® (Black Pepper Fruit Extract) 10mg.

Other ingredients: Natural and artificial flavours, Disodium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Acesulfame K.

Usage & Dosage

Assess tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop before training. Once tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 scoop (approximately 14.1 g) with 4–6 oz water 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24-hour period.

Avoid use if you have high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or kidney disease, seizures, thyroid disease, psychiatric illness, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking MAO inhibitors. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat. Stop using the product immediately and contact your healthcare provider if you experience any side effects. Keep out of reach of children. High caffeine content: 320 mg per serving.
