Usage & Dosage

Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement, first-time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) of EVP AQ during their first workouts to find their own personal tolerance before moving on to a full serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12–16 fl oz of cold water or a beverage of your choice 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users may mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 24–32 fl oz of cold water or a beverage of your choice. DO NOT EXCEED (1) SERVING (2 TBSP) WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
