Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop of IsoJect with 6–8 oz (180–240 ml) of cold water, skimmed milk or your favourite beverage in a shaker, glass or blender. Mix thoroughly before consumption. Best used as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources.
