Usage & Dosage

Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement, first-time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) during their first few training sessions to find their personal tolerance before moving on to a full serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12–18 oz of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed 1 full serving (2 tbsp) within a 24-hour period. Drink plenty of water during training and throughout the day. Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
