RYSE Hydration Sticks in Kool-Aid Grape are convenient on-the-go sachets, featuring a blend of electrolytes, B vitamins and vitamin C. Each stick pack delivers a comprehensive electrolyte blend totaling 900mg+, with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium, along with essential B vitamins and vitamin C, making them a convenient companion whether you're training, working, or just staying active throughout the day.

Each serving also contains 1,000mg Taurine, 500mg Choline Bitartrate and 250mg CocOganic® — a certified organic coconut water powder. The formula is further enhanced with 25mg AstraGin®, a patented extract blend of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root. The product is sweetened with Sucralose and Acesulfame K, and is free from artificial colors, using turmeric root extract as a coloring agent.

Packaged in 16 individual stick packs (6.5g each, 104g total), RYSE Hydration Sticks are designed for easy portability. Simply mix one stick pack with 355–475 mL of water and enjoy before, during or after training — or as an everyday electrolyte thirst quencher.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 stick pack with 12–16 oz (355–475 mL) of water or your beverage of choice. Stir or shake well until fully dissolved. Adjust the amount of liquid to taste. Consume before, during or after training, or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
