RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout in Cherry Limeade is a high-performance pre-training powder designed for athletes and serious gym-goers. With flexible dosing – 1 scoop for a gentle introduction or 2 scoops for a full experience – this 742g tub delivers up to 40 servings at single scoop or 20 servings at double scoop, making it one of the most loaded pre-workout formulas on the market today.

The formula is built around a comprehensive citrulline complex combining 9g L-Citrulline with 2g Citrulline Nitrate (as NO3-T®) per full serving, delivering 11g total citrulline. This is complemented by 6.4g Beta-Alanine, 5g Creatine Monohydrate, and a precisely composed total caffeine blend of 400mg per 2-scoop serving, split between fast-acting Caffeine Anhydrous and zumXR® Extended Release Caffeine. Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1–2 scoops with water (6–8 oz. per scoop) and consume 15–30 minutes before training. Vary the amount of liquid to taste. Use only as directed. Start with 1 scoop during the first week to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24-hour period.
