Ingredients

Beta-Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Citrulline, Arginine AKG (2:1), Caffeine, Olive extract ( Olea europaea L.), Acidity regulators (Citric acid (E330) and Malic acid (E296)), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide (E551) and Calcium silicate (E552)), Flavour, Sweeteners (Sucralose (E955) and Acesulfame K (E950)), Colour (Brilliant Blue FCF (E133)).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes before exercise. New users: use only 1 scoop for the first 3 days. Use only as directed.
