Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 150–250 ml (5–8 oz) of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Take 1 to 3 scoops per day. Never exceed 3 scoops within a 24-hour period. Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop. New users should start with 1 scoop.
