Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop with 150–250 ml (5–8 oz) of cold water and consume before exercise. Take 1 to 3 times per day. Always assess your tolerance with a single scoop. Never exceed 3 doses within a 24-hour period. Consume 20 to 30 minutes before training.
