Mutant Hardcore BCAA delivers a research-based 2:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids — 4,000 mg L-Leucine, 2,000 mg L-Valine and 2,000 mg L-Isoleucine per scoop. Each 13 g serving also contains a Micronized Amino Support Stack with Glycine, L-Glutamine and L-Alanine, rounding out a comprehensive amino acid profile for active individuals.

The formula is also enriched with key electrolytes — Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium. BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum) is included at 4.75 mg per serving, and the powder mixes easily in cold water for a refreshing Blue Raspberry flavour.

Usage & Dosage

Mix one scoop (13 g) of Hardcore BCAA with cold water in a shaker or water bottle. Use 8–16 fl oz (250–500 mL) cold water. Consume before, during or after training on training days, or throughout the day on rest days. On training days, it's best to take several servings: one scoop before training, one scoop during training and one scoop after training. On rest days, drink 2–3 servings at different times throughout the day.
