Bucked Up Original BCAA 2:1:1 contains 3,000mg Leucine, 1,500mg Isoleucine and 1,500mg Valine per serving, in a refreshing Blue Pineapple-flavored powder. BCAAs are essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must obtain through diet or supplements.
Each scoop also contains 500mg coconut water and 200mg Himalayan salt with trace minerals, together with a blend of electrolytes — calcium, potassium and magnesium. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. With only 1g of carbohydrates per serving and virtually no added sugar, the formula fits well into a wide range of dietary plans.
