Carbohydrate Blend (maltodextrin, fermented pea starch, waxy maize [corn] starch, rice, sweet potato), 3 Whey Protein Blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein: from milk), Lipid Food Blend (fractionated MCT coconut oil, avocado, pumpkin seed), thickeners: defatted soybean, pea, guar gum; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; cookie crumbs (tapioca starch, rice flour, sugar, cocoa [alkalized], palm oil, salt, chocolate liquor, natural flavor, sodium bicarbonate). Contains 2% or less of: natural and artificial flavors, natural cream flavor, sunflower and/or soy lecithin, sucralose, silicon dioxide, enzyme blend (lactase, protease), cinnamon extract, tart cherry.

Usage & Dosage

Add 360–600 ml (12–20 fl oz) of water to a shaker or blender, then add 1 serving (8 scoops / 570g) of powder. Shake or blend for 15–20 seconds and enjoy. Can be used up to 2 servings per day. Adjust the amount of water to your taste preference.
