HumaPro from ALRI is a precision-engineered powder of essential amino acids. Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 7.41g) with 250–300ml (8–10 oz) of cold water 20 minutes before training and immediately after. Drink 1–2 servings 3–6 times daily. Athletes can drink up to 2 servings per occasion, up to 6 times daily, with at least 2 hours between servings. On non-training days, take 1 serving 25 minutes before consuming protein/amino acids or at least 2 hours after a meal containing protein or amino acids. HumaPro can be enjoyed alongside meals to enhance the potential for nutrient partitioning.

Individuals under 18 years of age should only use this product under medical supervision. This product is intended for healthy individuals only. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
