MCT oil passes directly through the intestines to the liver, is odourless and tasteless, can be added to a meal or drink, and is a source of pure energy. Reduces appetite by providing a feeling of fullness. Especially recommended for people on a ketogenic diet. Caprylic acid (C8) is converted into ketones faster than capric acid (C10), and is also absorbed by the body more quickly.

The product does not contain trans fats.

Directions for use:at the beginning take 1 teaspoon per day. The serving can be increased to 1-2 tablespoons. Add to a meal or drink.
