Xtend Lemon Lime Squeeze is a refreshing BCAA powder designed to support your training and recovery. Each serving contains 7000mg branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 2:1:1 ratio — 3500mg L-Leucine, 1750mg L-Isoleucine and 1750mg L-Valine — together with 2500mg L-Glutamine and L-Citrulline.

The formula also contains an electrolyte blend of sodium citrate, potassium chloride and sodium chloride (1170mg per serving).

With zero calories, zero carbs and zero sugar per serving, Xtend Lemon Lime Squeeze is suitable for use during workouts or throughout the day on rest days. The light, refreshing lemon-lime flavour mixes easily with water for a convenient and enjoyable supplement experience.

Ingredients

L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Acidity Regulator – Citric Acid, Malic Acid; Flavour, Sodium Citrate, L-Citrulline, Magnesium Salts of Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sweeteners – Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides; Bulking Agent – Polydextrose; Colour – Tartrazine; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (approx. 13.5g) in 10–14 fl oz (300–415ml) of water (adjust to taste) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day.
