Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix one level scoop (14,8g) with approximately 250ml of water (adjust to taste) and shake well. On training days, take 1 level scoop during training and 1 level scoop after training. On rest days, take 2 level scoops during the day. For best results, use daily. Consume up to 2 scoops per day.
