About Xtend – Xtend, Knockout Fruit Punch – 441g
Xtend Knockout Fruit Punch is a BCAA powder with no sugar and no calories. Each 13g scoop contains 7,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) — consisting of 3,500 mg L-Leucine, 1,750 mg L-Isoleucine and 1,750 mg L-Valine — in a ratio of 2:1:1, along with 2,500 mg L-Glutamine and 1,000 mg Citrulline Malate (1:1).
The formula is also fortified with an electrolyte blend (1,170 mg) of Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate, Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function.
This 441g tub in the Knockout Fruit Punch flavour provides 30 servings and mixes easily in water, making it a convenient choice on both training and rest days.

Usage & Dosage
Mix each serving (1 scoop, approx. 13g) with at least 250 ml of water and adjust to taste. Shake well and consume up to two scoops per day. Consume during training on training days, or throughout the day on rest days.
