Ingredients

L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Flavourings, Sodium Citrate, L-Citrulline, Magnesium Salts of Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Colours (Tartrazine, Allura Red AC), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Usage & Dosage

Mix each serving (using the scoop provided in the tub) with at least 250ml of water and adjust to taste. Shake well and consume up to two scoops per day. Can be taken before, during and after exercise.
