Water, Natural Flavouring, Carbon Dioxide, Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid and Citric Acid), L-Arginine (0.21%), Taurine (0.21%), Betaine (BetaPower), Sweeteners (Sucralose and Steviol Glycosides), Caffeine Anhydrous, Nicotinamide, Cyanocobalamin.

Usage & Dosage

Consume one can (500 ml) around 20 to 30 minutes before exercise or physical activity. Do not exceed two cans within a 24-hour period.

Warnings

High caffeine content (32 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consume in moderation as part of a balanced and varied diet. This product should not be used if food supplements containing betaine are consumed on the same day. Not recommended for those under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have any health concerns. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation attributed to beta-alanine.
