Usage & Dosage

Mix one scoop (approx. 14.5–15g) with 12–16 oz (300–400 ml) of water. Consume 2–3 servings per day between meals, right before training, during training or right after training. Alternatively, pour 4 scoops into a gallon of water and drink in smaller amounts throughout the day. Do not exceed recommended dose.
