AllDayYouMay Legendary Series from 5% Nutrition is an amino acid powder formulated with a 10:1:1 BCAA Blend that provides 6,000mg L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine per serving.

The formula also contains a Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend and an Essential Amino Acid Blend, together with an Amino Acid Support Blend (L-Taurine, Raw Coconut Water Concentrate, HICA (Alpha-Hydroxyisocaproic Acid), Bromelain and Blueberry Fruit Powder), an Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend (Beta-Alanine and Sodium Bicarbonate), and a Joint & Liver Support Blend (Milk Thistle, MSM, D-Glucosamine Sulfate and N-Acetyl Cysteine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (15g) with 12–16 ounces of cold water. Consume 2–3 servings per day, between meals, right before training, during training, or right after training. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
