AllDayYouMay Legendary Series from 5% Nutrition is an amino acid powder for intra-workout use. Each 15g scoop provides a 6,000mg BCAA blend in a 10:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine, together with a full spectrum of essential and conditionally essential amino acids.

AllDayYouMay Legendary Series also contains a Joint Support Blend providing 600mg of D-Glucosamine Sulphate and MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), as well as an Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend with Beta-Alanine and Sodium Bicarbonate.

Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (approximately 15g) with 12–16 oz (350–475 ml) of water and drink before, during or after training, or between meals. Recommended: 2–3 servings per day. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.
