Usage & Dosage

Shake the container before each use. Mix 1 scoop in 10–16 oz of cold water and drink between meals. On training days, take 1 serving during or immediately after your workout. On non-training days, mix 1 scoop in 10–16 oz of cold water and drink at any time. For best results, use daily.
