Ingredients

Sweet potato, oat flour powder, wild yam extract, blueberry fruit powder, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sodium chloride, sucralose, natural flavours, artificial flavours.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (30.7g) with 8 oz (approx. 240ml) of cold water or a beverage of your choice in a shaker or blender. Can be consumed 1–3 times per day. On training days, use as a pre-workout and as part of your post-workout shake.
