Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, or being treated for a medical condition. Do not purchase if the outer seal is broken or damaged. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Zinc supplementation may inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. If more than 50 mg of zinc supplementation is taken daily for more than four weeks, 2 mg of copper supplementation should also be taken to reduce the risk of copper deficiency.
