RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout in Strawberry Kiwi is a pre-workout powder. Each tub provides 40 servings per container (or 20 full servings with two scoops).

The formula contains 9g L-Citrulline per full serving, 2g Citrulline Nitrate (as NO3-T®), 5g Creatine Monohydrate and 6.4g Beta-Alanine, together with 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous plus 200mg zumXR® Extended Release Caffeine, for a total of 400mg caffeine per two-scoop serving. Thinkamine™ (Vincamine), Vitacholine® (Choline Bitartrate), VasoDrive-AP® (Hydrolyzed Casein Tripeptides), Theobromine and pink Himalayan salt are also included.

Whether you choose a starting serving with one scoop or a full serving with two scoops, the dosage is flexible and suits both beginners and advanced users, within the recommended daily limits.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1–2 scoops with water (6–8 oz per scoop) and consume 15–30 minutes before training. Adjust the amount of liquid to taste. Use only as directed. Warning: Do not exceed two (2) scoops per day. Beginners: start with 1 scoop. Only advanced users should take 2 scoops.
