Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 16–20 ounces (approx. 475–590 ml) of cold water in a shaker 30 to 45 minutes before training. Continue to shake the bottle lightly between sips and finish drinking within 25 minutes of mixing.
