Usage & Dosage

Shake the container well before each use. Mix 1 scoop (29 g) in 8–12 oz (250–350 ml) of cold water and consume 30–45 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take more than one serving within 24 hours. Individuals sensitive to caffeine should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
