Ingredients

Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), L-Citrulline, Beta Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Natural Caffeine (from Green Coffee Bean), Himalayan Pink Salt. Other Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide, Spirulina Extract (Color).

Usage & Dosage

Do not exceed two (2) scoops per day. Mix one (1) scoop of BUM ESSENTIAL PRE with 8–12 oz of water or a beverage of your choice. Start with one (1) scoop to assess tolerance. Advanced users mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12–16 oz of water or a beverage of your choice. Consume before training on workout days.

Warnings

This product is intended only for healthy adults, 18 years or older. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking nitrates for chest pain, or if you are taking medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as PDE-5 inhibitors. Before using this product, consult a licensed, qualified healthcare professional if you are taking antidepressants such as MAOIs or SSRIs, blood thinners, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pseudoephedrine, or any other dietary supplement, prescription medication or over-the-counter medication. Contains 200mg of caffeine per serving; may be unsuitable for those sensitive to caffeine. Avoid other sources of caffeine when using this product; too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and heart palpitations. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation. Use within 4 hours of bedtime may cause difficulty sleeping. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Do not combine with alcohol or other caffeinated products.
