Usage & Dosage

Assess tolerance before use. Mix 1 scoop (13.3 g) with 200–300 ml (8–12 fl oz) of water and consume 20–30 minutes before your workout. New users may start with half a scoop. Advanced users may take up to 2 scoops (full-thavage). Serving size is based on 1 scoop.
