Usage & Dosage

Mix one scoop with 6–8 oz water and drink on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not combine with other stimulant-based products.
