Usage & Dosage

The adult dose is one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the afternoon. Should not be taken with meals. Take at least 1 hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Should not be taken within six hours of bedtime. Use only as directed.

Warnings

Weight loss with the aid of appetite suppressants is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consumers who are pregnant, or who may become pregnant, should consult a doctor. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age or persons sensitive to caffeine. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Never exceed the recommended maximum dose. Do not consume synephrine, yohimbine, caffeine or thyroid-stimulating substances from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or any other stimulant. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition, including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric conditions, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurring headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Discontinue use immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product for longer than 60 days.
