Usage & Dosage

Adult dose is one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the afternoon. Do not take with a meal. Take at least 1 hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take within six hours of bedtime.

Warnings

Not intended for persons under 18 years of age or for persons sensitive to caffeine. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Each serving contains 200 mg caffeine. Do not consume caffeine or stimulants from other sources (e.g. coffee, energy drinks, cola, dietary supplements or medications containing stimulants). Do not consume yohimbe, synephrine or thyroid-stimulating substances from other sources. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking medications (including MAO inhibitors, antidepressants, acetylsalicylic acid, NSAIDs, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylethylamine or other stimulants) or if you have a medical condition, including heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric conditions, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurring headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks before surgery. Discontinue use immediately if you experience heart palpitations, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use for longer than 2 months; follow with a 1-month break. Keep out of reach of children.
