RYSE Loaded Pre in Cherry Ring Pop is a complete pre-workout powder made for adults who demand a serious training experience. Each 14 g scoop delivers a carefully composed formula with L-Citrulline, Beta Alanine, VitaCholine and a dual caffeine system — a combination of Caffeine Anhydrous and ZumXR® Delayed Release Caffeine — providing a total of 350 mg caffeine per serving. L-Theanine and Thinkamine™ (Vincamine) round out the formula.

The Cherry Ring Pop flavour is inspired by the classic candy, making your pre-workout routine something to look forward to. With 30 servings per 420 g tub, the powder mixes easily with water and is intended to be taken 15–30 minutes before training. The formula is free from the most common allergens and is suitable for those living gluten-free or lactose-free.

Other ingredients: Malic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Silicon Dioxide, Potassium Bicarbonate, Sucralose, Calcium Silicate, Natural and Artificial Flavour, Edible Glitter (Gum Arabic, Red 40), Acesulfame Potassium.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop with 10–12 oz (300–400 ml) water and drink 15–30 minutes before training. Adjust the amount of liquid to taste. Do not exceed one serving per day. Beginners: Take 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.
