Pre-Kaged Sport from Kaged Muscle is a pre-workout powder with a fresh Mango Lime flavour, providing 20 servings per tub. Each scoop combines a blend of ingredients from the Sport Performance Matrix, Cellular Hydration Matrix and Energy & Focus Matrix.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 ounces of water, 20 to 30 minutes before training.
