Usage & Dosage

The adult dose is three (3) liquid capsules in the morning and three (3) liquid capsules in the afternoon. Should not be taken with meals. Take at least 1 hour before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Should not be taken within six hours of bedtime. Use only as directed.

High caffeine content – 400 mg per maximum daily dose – not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children.
