Nutrex EAA + Hydration is a powder containing amino acids and electrolytes. Each serving contains 8 g of all nine essential amino acids (EAA), including 3 g L-Leucine along with L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

The formula also includes a dedicated Hydration Complex combining Taurine, the versatile mineral and electrolyte source Calci-K® (Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate), Raw Coconut Water Concentrate and AstraGin® – a patented blend of extracts from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root. Important minerals such as Magnesium (as easily absorbed Magnesium Glycinate), Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus and Sodium are included.

The powder comes in the refreshing Apple Pear flavour, mixes easily and suits both training and rest days. Each 390 g tub provides 30 servings.

Usage & Dosage

Shake the container before each use. Mix 1 scoop (approx. 13 g) in 10–16 oz cold water and drink between meals. On training days, take 1 serving during your workout to help improve muscle performance, strength and endurance, or right after to replenish, rehydrate and recover faster. On rest days, mix 1 scoop in 10–16 oz cold water and drink at any time. For best results, use daily.
