Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a complete powder formula designed to support your workout preparation. Each serving delivers a carefully selected combination of amino acids, a creatine blend, caffeine, vitamins and plant extracts, making it a flexible choice for athletes across a wide range of training intensities. Available in Blue Raspberry flavour, it is sugar-free when diluted correctly and comes in a 510g tub providing up to 60 single doses or 30 double doses.

The formula contains L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and beta-alanine together with a double creatine blend of creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate. The formula also contains caffeine, a B-vitamin complex (vitamin B1, B3, B5 and B6), vitamin C, ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract (95% piperine).

The flexible double-dosing system allows athletes under 75kg or those more sensitive to active ingredients to start with the single dose of 8.5g, while heavier athletes or those engaging in high-intensity training can use the full double dose of 17g. Simply mix the powder in water and consume 30 minutes before your workout.

Usage & Dosage

Up to 75kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5g in 150ml water. Over 75kg body weight or for high-intensity training: mix 17g in 300ml water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings

A food supplement; not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for people with high blood pressure due to caffeine, arginine and other active substances. The initial tingling sensation in the lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine – black pepper extract); this effect disappears within 15 minutes. After several days of use, the product may become compact ('stone'-like consistency) – this is a natural process caused by hygroscopic ingredients (e.g. arginine, beta-alanine) and does not affect the quality of the product.
