About Nutrend – VO2 Boost – 60 tablets
Nutrend VO2 Boost is a targeted pre-workout formula in tablet form, developed to support athletic performance during both short and long training sessions. Each serving of 4 tablets contains a combination of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate and Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract, together with important micronutrients to complement an active lifestyle.
The formula also contains iron. Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
VO2 Boost is designed for smooth and flexible use and can be taken before training or spread out over a longer session, making it a practical choice for athletes across different disciplines. The tablet format is easy to use on the go, with no need for mixing.

Ingredients
L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate, stabiliser microcrystalline cellulose, emulsifier sorbitol, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract (80% gypenosides), stabiliser magnesium stearate, L-ascorbic acid, microencapsulated iron AB-Fortis® (iron saccharate, calcium alginate as carrier), thiamine hydrochloride.
Usage & Dosage
Activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approximately 45 minutes before the start of physical activity. Activity duration longer than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start and 2 tablets halfway through the physical activity. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Swallow the tablets successively with a sufficient amount of water, according to the recommended dosage. Do not chew the tablets!
