Nutrend BCAA 4:1:1 Powder combines the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 4:1:1 ratio. Each 10 g serving contains 6,000 mg BCAA together with up to 3,150 mg L-glutamine. The refreshing Watermelon flavour makes it easy to include in your daily routine.

Usage & Dosage
Mix one serving of 10 g (approx. ½ scoop) in 200 ml water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after it. Can also be used during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
