Nutrend BCAA 4:1:1 Powder provides 6,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids per serving in a 4:1:1 ratio — giving 4,000 mg of L-Leucine together with 1,000 mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. The formula also contains L-Glutamine.

The powder dissolves easily in water thanks to sunflower lecithin, delivering a fresh Cherry flavour in every serving. With around 50 servings per 500 g tub, it's a practical and flexible choice to include in your training routine – before, during or after exercise.

Ingredients

Instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), L-glutamine, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring, beetroot concentrate, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K, anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide.

Usage & Dosage

Mix one serving of 10 g (approx. ½ scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after it. Can also be used during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
